Wonderwerk, Big Crispy 2025 1L

Wonderwerk's is based between Los Angeles and Gilroy, where Kamide and Lardy produce wine at the Atelier des Savants Fous, a nine-winery custom crush facility offering temperature-controlled production space. Lardy also works as Head Distiller at Spirit Guild Distillery in Los Angeles, while Kamide continues to work in beverage marketing and product innovation. Both describe the winemaking as entirely hands-on: they source, ferment, blend, and bottle everything themselves.

Sauvignon Blanc from Clarksburg, with small amounts of other grapes like Albariño and Chenin Blanc. Pale yellow with a bright, clear appearance. The nose is straightforward and aromatic: lime zest, guava, and fresh melon with a faint grassy note. The palate is dry and light-bodied, with citrus and tropical fruit, lively acidity, and a clean, refreshing finish with no bitterness.
